Client Terms

Your responsibilities when using Xirillium as a client — keeping your account secure, using readings for personal reflection, paying advisors only through their approved Xirillium-listed methods, and following platform messaging rules.

Advisor Terms

Advisors on Xirillium are independent professionals. You set your own pricing, availability, and reading style. Xirillium provides the marketplace, profile review, messaging tools, and safety rules. You agree to ethical practice, no off-platform solicitation, no guaranteed outcomes, and no fear-based selling.

Direct-Pay Payment Rules

Clients pay the advisor directly through the advisor's approved payment methods shown on Xirillium. Xirillium does not collect, hold, or route reading funds. Only payment methods reviewed and approved by Xirillium may be displayed on advisor profiles.

• Only use payment methods shown on the advisor's approved Xirillium profile.
• Send payments labeled clearly — never as personal gifts or with hidden notes that bypass platform oversight.
• Additional time may be requested by an advisor only when it is clear, voluntary, connected to the reading, and paid through an approved on-platform method.

Refund & Payment Responsibility

Because payments go directly to advisors, refunds are handled between you and the advisor first. Xirillium reviews disputes when there is a clear violation — no reading delivered, off-platform solicitation, fraud, or breach of advisor conduct rules.

Messaging & Off-Platform Communication Rules

All reading-related communication must stay on Xirillium. Advisors may not ask clients to move to phone, text, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, email, Cash App notes, PayPal notes, or any other outside channel to continue a reading, collect extra payment, or avoid platform oversight. Payments may be sent through approved direct-pay methods shown on Xirillium, but communication about the reading should stay on-platform.

Advisor Code of Conduct

Xirillium advisors agree to honest, compassionate, non-coercive reading practice. No guaranteed outcomes, no curse-removal pressure, no fear-based upselling, no medical/legal/financial instructions, no requests for sensitive credentials, and no harassment of clients.

Client Rules

Treat advisors with respect. No abusive, threatening, or sexually inappropriate messages. Don't pressure advisors for guaranteed outcomes or off-platform contact. Don't share personal account credentials or solicit illegal services.

Privacy & Admin Oversight Notice

Private 1-on-1 chats stay private to the participants, but Xirillium administrators may review messages, payment screenshots, and dispute evidence when investigating reports, fraud, or safety violations. We keep these records to protect both clients and advisors.
