Be respectful
No harassment, threats, hateful conduct, sexual coercion, or abusive messaging toward advisors. Advisors can decline, end, or report sessions for any safety reason.
Use approved payment methods only
Pay through the methods listed on the advisor's Xirillium profile. Don't send funds to off-platform handles even if an advisor or someone claiming to be one requests them — report instead.
Stay on-platform
Don't ask advisors to move to phone, SMS, social media, or email. Communication on Xirillium is private and reviewable for safety; off-platform chat is not.
No fraud or chargeback abuse
Don't dispute legitimate payments after a completed reading. Don't impersonate other clients. Don't open multiple accounts to evade bans.
Real reviews only
Reviews must reflect a real session. No paid or coordinated reviews, no reviews left as leverage during a refund dispute, no review bombing.
Don't share sensitive data
Don't send banking passwords, full ID scans, social security numbers, or other sensitive credentials in chat. A reading never needs that.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal. Advisors can also block individual clients for safety.
