Privacy Policy

Account info (email, display name, account type), advisor application info (legal name, bio, specialties, documents, payment-method handles), conversation content inside Xirillium chat, profile photos and intro videos for advisors, reviews, support requests, dispute reports, and basic technical info for security and abuse prevention.

Xirillium does not see, process, or store your credit card number or bank account number. Payments are direct between you and your advisor through third-party apps (Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, etc.).

To run the platform: account creation, advisor discovery, chat delivery, real-time notifications, moderation, dispute review, trust & safety enforcement, transactional emails, and platform improvements.

Only you and your advisor can read messages in a private chat. Our trust & safety team may review chats for reports, fraud investigations, disputes, or policy enforcement. Public advisor profile content (photo, bio, reviews, specialties) is visible to anyone visiting the site after admin approval.

We don't sell your data. We don't share your email or chat content with third parties for marketing. We don't expose advisor verification documents publicly. We don't insert ourselves silently into a live reading.

We use trusted infrastructure for authentication, database hosting, file storage, transactional email, push notifications, and analytics. These providers process data only to support the platform.

You can update your profile, change notification preferences, change your password, disable push notifications, request data deletion, and report any account from inside your dashboard.

We use cookies and local storage for session login, preferences, and security. Disabling them may break login.

Xirillium is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
