Honesty
Be honest about who you are, what you do, and what a reading provides. Do not claim certifications you don't hold or guarantee outcomes you cannot deliver.
- No ‘100% accurate' or ‘guaranteed results' claims
- No fake credentials, fake reviews, or fake experience
- No impersonation of other advisors or public figures
On-platform communication
All conversations with clients must happen inside Xirillium. You may not ask clients to move to text, phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Discord, personal email, or payment app message threads. No sharing personal contact info inside chats.
Payments
Only use payment methods approved on your Xirillium profile. Don't ask for additional payments through unapproved methods or for ‘unblocking' a reading already underway. Don't pressure clients into bigger packages or repeat purchases.
Respect and safety
No threats, harassment, manipulation, fear-based upselling (‘pay more to remove a curse'), or coercion. No racist, sexist, transphobic, homophobic, or otherwise hateful conduct. Clients in crisis should be encouraged to seek qualified human help, not held captive in a paid chat.
Scope
Readings are for entertainment and personal reflection. Do not provide medical, legal, mental health, or financial advice. Recommend qualified professionals when topics require them.
Account integrity
One advisor account per person. Don't share logins, don't farm reviews, don't manipulate the rating system, and don't run multiple identities to evade suspensions.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, profile takedown, payment-method delisting, account suspension, or permanent removal — depending on severity.
