Every advisor profile shows you bio, specialties, response time, pricing, approved payment methods, approval badges, and real client reviews. You see what our team has approved, not whatever an advisor wants to publish.
Pay only through approved methods
Only pay through the payment options displayed on the advisor's Xirillium profile. Those are the only methods our team has reviewed for that advisor.
Safe Payment Guidelines
Clients may choose to extend a session or purchase additional time from an advisor, but all payment requests should be clear, voluntary, and connected to the reading or service requested. Clients should only pay through the advisor's approved payment methods shown on the platform. Advisors should not pressure, threaten, scare, or manipulate clients into sending additional money. Advisors should not ask clients to move communication off-platform to collect extra payment. Clients should not send banking passwords, login codes, full ID scans, private financial documents, gift cards, crypto, or sensitive personal documents through chat. If an advisor asks for unusual payment methods, off-platform communication, or anything that feels unsafe, the client should report it to support.
- Additional paid time is allowed when the client chooses it freely.
- Any additional payment request must be clear about the amount and reason.
- Payment must use the advisor's approved payment methods shown on the platform.
- Communication must stay on the platform.
- No pressure, fear tactics, threats, spiritual intimidation, or manipulation.
- No requests for banking passwords, login codes, full ID scans, private financial documents, gift cards, crypto, or sensitive personal documents through chat.
- No off-platform messaging for payment or readings.
Communication stays on Xirillium
Advisors are not allowed to ask you to move to phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, personal email, or any outside channel. If they do, report them.
Report and dispute
Every chat has a Report button. You can also open a support request from your dashboard. Our team reviews reports for off-platform solicitation, abusive messages, fraud, scams, refund refusals, and policy violations.
Conversation review
Conversations may be reviewed by our trust & safety team for reports, disputes, fraud investigations, and platform quality enforcement. We never insert ourselves into a live reading silently.
