1. About Xirillium
Xirillium is a marketplace where independent spiritual advisors offer private one-on-one readings. Xirillium provides advisor discovery, profile hosting, private communication, real-time alerts, moderation, and trust & safety enforcement.
2. Independent advisors
Advisors are independent professionals, not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Xirillium. Advisors set their own prices, hours, refund policies, and reading style.
3. Direct payment
Clients pay advisors directly through payment methods listed on the advisor's Xirillium profile (Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or a custom approved method). Xirillium does not collect, process, or hold reading payments and does not take a cut of direct payments.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Xirillium. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your account.
5. On-platform communication
All client-advisor communication must stay on Xirillium. Off-platform solicitation (phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, email, payment-app messages) is a violation of these terms.
6. Prohibited conduct
No fraud, harassment, threats, fake credentials, fake reviews, account farming, off-platform solicitation, fear-based upselling, sharing personal contact info in chat, or violation of our Code of Conduct or Client Rules.
7. Moderation and enforcement
Xirillium may review accounts, profiles, applications, conversations, and reports for safety, dispute resolution, fraud investigations, and policy enforcement. Xirillium may warn, suspend, delist payment methods, remove content, or permanently remove any account that violates these terms.
8. Refunds
Refunds are primarily between client and advisor. See our Refund & Payment Responsibility Policy.
9. Disclaimer
Readings are for entertainment and personal reflection. Advisors do not provide medical, legal, mental-health, or financial advice. Outcomes are not guaranteed. See the Disclaimer page.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xirillium is not liable for advisor conduct, reading content, outcomes, off-platform agreements between users, or losses related to payments sent through third-party payment apps. The platform is provided ‘as is.'
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Xirillium after an update means you accept the new terms.
