Advisors are application-only. We review profile content, bio claims, identity documents, payment methods, profile photos, and intro videos before an advisor is approved and discoverable.
Private conversations
Chats are private to the participants. Our trust & safety team may review conversations for reports, fraud investigations, dispute handling, or platform safety enforcement.
On-platform only
All advisor-client communication must stay on Xirillium. This protects clients from off-platform fraud, gives our team a moderated record for disputes, and makes safety enforcement possible.
- No phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal
- No Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Discord
- No personal email, Cash App notes, Venmo notes, PayPal notes
- Advisors who solicit off-platform contact can be suspended or removed
Direct pay, with oversight
Payments go directly to advisors through approved methods displayed on their profile. Xirillium does not collect, hold, or process reading payments — but we do moderate the platform, review complaints, and enforce policy on advisors.
Safe Payment Guidelines
Clients may choose to extend a session or purchase additional time from an advisor, but all payment requests should be clear, voluntary, and tied to the reading or service. Advisors should never pressure, scare, or manipulate clients into sending more money, and should never ask clients to move off-platform to collect extra payment.
- Additional paid time is allowed when the client chooses it freely.
- Any additional payment request must be clear about the amount and reason.
- Payment must use the advisor's approved payment methods shown on the platform.
- Communication must stay on the platform.
- No pressure, fear tactics, threats, spiritual intimidation, or manipulation.
- No requests for banking passwords, login codes, full ID scans, private financial documents, gift cards, crypto, or sensitive personal documents through chat.
- No off-platform messaging for payment or readings.
Reporting and disputes
Every chat has a Report button. Use it for off-platform solicitation, abusive messages, suspected scams, refund disputes, or anything unsafe. Our team reviews reports and takes action against advisors who violate the rules.
What we do not promise
We don't certify supernatural ability, guarantee reading accuracy, or guarantee outcomes. Readings are for entertainment and personal reflection. Advisors are independent professionals, not Xirillium employees.
