Refund policy

Refunds & payment responsibility

Because payments are direct between client and advisor, refunds work a little differently than on traditional marketplaces.

Direct payment, direct refunds

Xirillium does not collect or hold reading payments. Clients pay advisors directly through approved methods. Refunds, partial credits, and payment terms are primarily between the client and the advisor.

Advisor refund policies

Each advisor may publish their own refund and rescheduling policy on their profile. Clients should review those terms before sending payment.

When platform support gets involved

Xirillium may step in to review and mediate when an advisor refuses a clearly legitimate refund, behaves unsafely, commits fraud, or violates platform policy. We can suspend or remove advisors and may help facilitate a fair outcome, but final payment recovery often depends on the payment provider used.

Disputes you should open

Open a dispute or support request if an advisor: didn't deliver a paid reading, demanded extra payment mid-session, solicited off-platform contact, harassed you, used scam tactics (curses, hidden fees, threats), or refused a refund you're clearly entitled to under their stated policy.

Disputes the platform won't resolve

Disagreement with the spiritual content of a reading is not grounds for a refund. Reading accuracy is not guaranteed and is not enforceable by Xirillium.

Chargebacks

Filing fraudulent chargebacks for completed services is a violation of client rules and may result in account suspension and ineligibility for future use of Xirillium.
