Who handles the payment
Payment goes from the client directly to the advisor through methods the advisor has listed and our team has approved (Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or a reviewed custom option). Xirillium never sees, collects, or holds reading funds.
Why direct pay
Direct pay keeps things simple, transparent, and independent. Advisors are independent professionals who keep 100% of what clients send them. Clients always know exactly where their money is going.
Approved methods only
Each advisor's payment options are reviewed by our team before they go live on the profile. If you see a payment option on a Xirillium profile, our team has reviewed it.
What the platform does
Xirillium provides discovery, profile hosting, private chat, real-time notifications, moderation, dispute review, and trust & safety enforcement — but not payment processing.
Refunds and payment issues
Because payments are direct, refunds and payment terms are primarily between client and advisor. If an advisor refuses a legitimate refund, behaves unsafely, or scams you, report them — Xirillium can suspend or remove advisors and may help mediate.
Safe Payment Guidelines
Clients may choose to extend a session or purchase additional time from an advisor, but every payment request should be clear, voluntary, and tied to the reading or service. Pay only through the advisor's approved methods shown on the platform, and keep all communication on Xirillium. If something feels off, report it.
- Additional paid time is allowed when the client chooses it freely.
- Any additional payment request must be clear about the amount and reason.
- Payment must use the advisor's approved payment methods shown on the platform.
- Communication must stay on the platform.
- No pressure, fear tactics, threats, spiritual intimidation, or manipulation.
- No requests for banking passwords, login codes, full ID scans, private financial documents, gift cards, crypto, or sensitive personal documents through chat.
- No off-platform messaging for payment or readings.
